Our mission:

Our mission is to partner with the national Government and other actors to provide efficient and effective supply chain management solutions in the healthcare delivery sector in the Republic of Liberia. We aim to streamline the process of procurement, logistics, inventory management, transportations to ensure effective Last Mile Distribution of medical commodities and other healthcare materials at all health facilities in Liberia. This will help our partners to reduce costs and increase better patient’s outcome.

We strive to achieve this mission by utilizing the latest technologies and industry best practices, while also prioritizing sustainability and social responsibility in all aspects of our operations

Our vision is to be the leading provider of supply chain management services in the Republic of Liberia, recognized for our commitment to quality, reliability, accountability, equity and innovation. We aspire to create a supply chain ecosystem that promotes synergy among our clients, our suppliers, and our team members. We aim to achieve this vision by fostering a culture of greater transparency, continuous learning, collaboration, and improvement, and by expanding our reach and capabilities across the Country and the region. Ultimately, our goal is to positively contribute to the healthcare sector and the growth and development of the Republic of Liberia by supporting the growth and success of our clients.

HSCMG is a young company with no work experience as an entity, but our team members are all professionals that have been working in healthcare supply chain management at various levels both in Liberia and internationally.

HSCMG is currently in partnership with two logistical companies in Liberia.

Our team:

We have the following compositions of professions:

1. 2 supply chain specialists at senior level with over 30 years combined professional experience
2. 1 supply chain professional at junior level
3. 2 Pharmacist at senior level with over 34 years combined professional experience
4. 1 financial expert at senior level with over 20 years professional experience
5. 2 Logistics professionals at junior level with years combined professional experience of 23 years
6. 2 procurement professionals at junior level with 13 years of professional experience
7. 2 supporting team members

As a company we place higher importance on gender balance and EDI

We envision to reach 50% of female representation in our company leadership roles in the next 5 years.

For a start, currently out of 12 staff, we have 4 female staff members and that number is expected to increase as we fill other positions.
